• Oil analysis kits are used to help monitor trends in your equipment's fluid system to eliminate progressive damage during normal operation and reduce downtime due to the breakdown of additive packages and contaminants. The kit includes a bottle for collecting an oil sample, a label, and a box to send the sample out for analysis. The hydraulic analysis report includes particle count (ISO 4406), photomicrograph (100x), viscosity (ASTM D445), water content (PPM), as well as additional tests including spectrographic and TAN upon request.
