- These are big suction strainers that screw into reservoir suction pipes to handle flow rates as high as 600 gpm. Stainless wire screens as fine as 200 mesh and either male or female connections are available. Texas strainers are made with mild steel support tubes, end caps, and fittings. They're epoxy bonded for leak-proof service.
