- The Empire 9 in. magnetic torpedo level is equipped with True Blue vials, which are accurate to within 0.0005 in. per inch in all 10 plumb and level working positions. The heavy duty extruded aluminum frame with top read window protects this level against drops. A top v-groove and bottom magnetic edge makes this ideal for users working around pipes or conduit.
